PRESS RELEASE – The Ministry of Education, Human Resource Development, District One Educational Services concluded their Customer Service Literacy Program 2016 with Forty one (41) graduates, Seven (7) males and Thirty Four (34) females.

The program covered

Customer Service basics

Providing Excellent Customer Service

Customer Service in the Hospitality Industry

Customer Service in the Retail Industry

Customer Service in the Public Sector

The program ran from April 11 to April 15 2016.

We would have liked it if there were more male individuals, It seems like men never take anything serious, and with program like this the men could have benefited a lot.

The District One Literacy Program was first introduced in 2014 to the public and is FREE for anyone who wishes to be part of it,For more information contact the District One Education Office at 450-5036 (Att:Dylan John).
