PRESS RELEASE – Trinity Lutheran Church’s Youth Leaders are offering a Easter Vacation Bible School on Tuesday March 29th through Thursday.
The three day event will run from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Trinity Lutheran Church in beautiful Bisee. The program is free of charge and open to children from the ages of 3 to 12.
The Easter story of Jesus’ resurrection will be presented in drama, songs and crafts. Trinity has two active youth groups and both will be participating in the organization and carrying out of this year’s Easter Vacation Bible School. A group of students from Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School in the USA will be assisting this year. Trinity Lutheran Youth Group is made up of secondary school children. The Christians in Action Youth Group is made up of those who have graduated from secondary school.
The Easter Vacation Bible School has become a regular ministry to the children of the Castries area for the last 25 years. Youth minister Erik Landwher says, “The Easter Vacation Bible School is a wonderful way for Trinity to share the wonderful message of Jesus’ resurrection. It also gives hands on Christian leadership training to the young people of our congregation. Everyone should come and check it out..”
